Yeah they do. I'm not sure. I think people define it as half truths.
For me the worst I saw was when I was with my cousin and he bumped into some guy and my name came up and he was like oh I know her she's a real partyer and then my cousin was like she's right here with me. If only I could have taken a picture of that guy's face... Lol obviously you don't know me if you don't even know what I look like. Dummy.
