I Have Short Term Memory Loss

It seems a bit worse than usual, but that's kinda hard to tell sometimes. Some rare side effects of medications that won't go away and now I struggle with little things. While fixing my car I couldn't even remember where I set the tools (next to me, if you're curious) and often what I was doing. During a drive I had difficulty remembering directions and on occasion where I was.

Of course, I have a family history of things like dementia and alzheimers, so that's cause for alarm as well. Compounded with a horrible doctor who gave out pills like candy, I'm going to consider the worst case scenario while trying to exist.
