Well do not think the c word as cancer think it means cake cookies cuddles think of good words. You have two choices you can it this beat you or you beat it and if you have a family well they need you to fight this it not all about you I am sorry if that sound harsh but your kids need you and your wife and the rest of your family so get out the boxing gloves and knock this out.
