Good Memories, Bad Thoughts [I Battle Depression]

If i could ever figure out depression i would be a very wealthy man. Earlier today i was reminded of some good times in my life, simple thing really, some friends and i would gather once a week to play Dungeons and Dragons. It was fun, spending time with friends, laughing and joking around. Today i saw a post on Facebook that referenced a part of the game which triggered the good memories and somehow in my screwed up brain it triggered a spiral down into depression once again, as usual it will cause me to shutdown for a few days but i will come out the other side eventually.
