I Battle Depression

I just had a huge episode. I couldn't stop crying heavily for an hour, couldn't stop thinking about drinking all my medicine at once or jumping out of the window or walking on the train tracks at night. Couldn't stop thinking about how much of a failure I am. How I no longer feel motivated to do anything, not even going to my classes. I don't know what to do anymore. I've disappointed everyone.

You can't be "a failure" at your age! You may be going through a rough patch, but you have a lot of life ahead of you to fix things or figure out what to do now. Hang in there and give life a chance to get better. Figure out what went wrong and come up with a new plan.
