I Think About Having An Affair

I hope so too, Aww Topsy. Saying goodbye to such an emotional connection is truly heartbreaking, and at times, so unexpected. We tend to look for that happy ending,where love conqueres all and feeds our emotional void. People come into our lives without announcing themselves . They tend to have such an amazing effect on us that it leaves us wanting more, exploring this opportunity, we call chance.
We all crave and desire that one person who gives us a reason to smile, to laugh, to feel, and to love without boundaries and conditions. We all need that one person that will helps us brick by brick, bring our walls down and love us in our raw and bare form . It is sad when this comes to an end . Thank you for sharing . I wouldn't have missed it either. Moments like that are a reminder that love is an experience and whether it is meant to be ... Is not the question or the answer .. It is what was suppose to happen..

@Browneyedgirl, Nice to meet you, too, and welcome. ☺ I understand what you mean about needing emotional connections; it seems odd sometimes to think of that as a very prominent human [i]need[/i], but it's true. Whether these two were going through "normal" relationship drama or something bigger, there was no way I was going to judge them. We've all been there, and we'll all almost certainly be there again! The best we can do is try to be a little kinder.

Angelita- they could indeed be just a couple. I think my brain just connected some intangibles like the way they were standing, touching, etc. with the tangibles of two different cars, three cups of coffee, tearful goodbye... Just felt like a secret early morning rendezvous.

But like I said, I have an overactive imagination and this was very much pre-coffee for me. ☺

Champagne, thanks. It was an accidental intrusion, to be sure, and, as I mentioned in another comment, I could have wildly misinterpreted it. But even so, it was still a reminder that everyone is going through something. 😟

Wow. You stumbled upon an intimate moment, and I appreciate the compassion in which you tell the tale. I hope they find peace too. This hurts my heart for a few reasons.

@Finding, it's amazing I could see so much before drinking coffee. Honestly, I could have misread the whole thing. My imagination... is not always helpful.

What if she/they had a particular rough evening...she is meeting a friend at the house OR going to a friends house for coffee but called hubby who has to work early and he said i will meet you at the coffee shop. They talk and everything is ok but she is just very emotional of the situation ( you know how those females can get.. LOL ) and he told her see you at home a bit later and have a good day.

Amazing how you can see so much without even trying, huh.

But still...my hub and I have times where we show up two dif cars..exchange words...or whatever...and yes maybe even some tears..so it's not unheard of.

Maybe the are having an affair ,they fought about something and made up with the kiss .Maybe the hotel room later that day or night .. Your assuming that it came to and end .So that tells me you don't wanna have an affair ,you are making this your excuse .

And hey, I wasn't [i]hoping [/i]these people were cheating on their spouses or anything. I just noticed that something really felt "off" about how they were acting and my brain filled in some blanks. It just felt... affair-ish. 😉
