Can one make bread from leftover bread?

What is left over bread? Sounds like bread you have not teen yet. Old bread can just be rebaked and is fine - well upto a point I guess - after which it is toast.

I'm mixing it into a banana bread dough. Only out in a third of the four. We'll see in an hour if it worked.

make crumbs and incorporate them into a fried bread batter I suppose.
