What's your favorite food?

Touch choice. Sauerbraten with bread or raw potato dumplings is quite an excellent combination. Though I also quite love making carnitas out of leftover slow-smoked pork shoulder, save the drippings and juices from the smoking and then use them to fry the leftover shredded or unshredded pork with some mexican spices for the ultimate burrito filling.

Ramen. I would love to go to Japan just to be able to spend time going from one ramen store to another and just trying all the different types.

I can't afford to pick favorites.
