Why are all the yummy foods so good and all the healthy food arnt nearly as good?

I was teaching first grade when a student said:

"I know the difference between healthy and unhealthy food...
Healthy food is anything that tastes yucky and unhealthy food is anything that tastes yummy." She then went on and gave a list of examples. The entire class agreed with her definitions.
