Sweet Potatoes, stuffing, jalapeno corn bread pretty much all the carbs :D

Ever try jalapeno-orange-cranberry salsa (or relish)? It's amazingly good.

That sounds fantastic, I am going to look a recipe for that now!

@InfiniteBlue: It's Emiril's recipe on FoodNetwork website, except I didn't put mint in it, I thought mint would be weird.

I'd leave the mint out too, I like the sweet and spicy combo and the tart with the cranberries sounds like a mouth explosion in a good way :)

@InfiniteBlue: It was and it was all eaten, I didn't know if anyone would like but people who usually didn't eat cranberry sauce loved it. I add a couple more jalapenos since they were so mild last year.

@cherokeepatti: I've done the orange and cinnamon Cranberry sauce but I didn't even think about jalapeno. My ex's family only ate canned cranberry sauce so I usually only made fresh for me and my son :)

@InfiniteBlue: The recipe calls for grinding everything up in a food processor but since I didn't have one I used an old fashioned hand-crank meat grinder and it worked really good for that.

Nice, I have a food processor I don't use it too often except on special occasions like Thanksgiving and Christmas :D
