Breakfast please

2 fried eggs, sunny side up
2 rashes of bacon
1 sausage
1 fried tomato
Baked beans
Fried mushrooms
2 pieces of brown toast

Oh I'd murder for that right now. Think i need to take a drive to the shop. 😞

@Nunos50: i dont know how to use a poach pan. I use a cup to slowly put them into boiling water. They dont come out perfect shape wise but they taste really good.

Simple. Water in pan eggs in cups boil up and time turn out off the cups.... perfect :-D

@Nunos50: dont they get stuck to the cups? Mine do. Got those silicone poaching cups too. Always get stuck in them

Not in mine I do pop in little bit of butter, melt that and swirl it around. I carefully go round edge with knife before turning out. Stick occasionally but not often
