[b]GONG PAO JI DING[/b]. On menus in the U.S., maybe just called "spicy chicken". ?? Simple and quick, and can make nuanced flavors. Super delicious, especially if using flavorful peppers. Can add onions, peanuts, and other vegetables, but not necessary.
