Food high in fiber ! Fruits and vegetables are easy suggestions, drinking at least 2 or 1 liter of water a day also helps

Negative calorie foods such as celery, corn and high fiber veggies. Lean proteins, nuts and water water water! You also need to have some carbohydrates as well.

Ultimately it depends on your goals as that dictates the entire diet and a good amount of cardio.

Don’t make me as a perv but a healthy sex life has a big impact too. Good luck

@sugarpie I definitely like an after sex snack. I rarely have treats at home except delicious fruit and even at that it’s an aphrodisiac
