I canned these beans back in 2012. Care to guess if they are safe to eat, or not?

@Azlotto much better than if they had been in metal cans I am sure

@cherokeepatti Very much better. And not loaded with salt.

@Azlotto most of the metal cans are lined with plastic now, and they got sneaky and use either clear plastic or the same color as the metal...people were avoiding the canned foods with white plastic linings because it was so obvious.

@Azlotto I figured you probably added vinegar or something to help prevent the growth of microbes.
