@Mellowgirl Some people do that, just swallow them whole out of the shell. I usually chew them a few times first.

@Mellowgirl If they are good they will be served chilled in ice, so they are wet but not very slimy. More like a chewy texture.

@Mellowgirl All. I’m not big on seafood at all, but I’ve tried fish and lobster. Oysters and clams, I won’t try at all. They look like tongues. It’s too weird.

Start with a smaller one and use the minuet sauce or some lemon juice. Make sure they are on the cold side. I love them! @Mellowgirl
