not a good fan of sushi

I lived in Portugal for a number of years, and loved their spicy piri piri chicken. They had these chicken toasters they used to cook them. Take a chicken, flatten it out, cut it in half, brush some liquid spices on it and put it in this special toaster for 5 minutes. Amazing stuff. Nando's doesn't cook theirs like that, but it has a great flavor.
