Do you get a craving for spicy food & then regret it somewhat?

I’ve craved Indian food for weeks. Finally got the stuff to make butter chicken, which is one of the milder dishes. Made it last night for dinner & had weird dreams all night long.

When I eat too late I have weird dreams and sleep on and off. I mostly only eat spicy food, but have to eat by 7pm, otherwise I suffer.

@SW-User One time I had a horrible nightmare that my neighbor’s house was on fire. I woke up with acid coming up into the lower part of my throat.

@SW-User I had a nightmare about a snake wrapped around me squeezing the air out of my lungs and woke up with bronchitis.
