Do you get a craving for spicy food & then regret it somewhat?

I’ve craved Indian food for weeks. Finally got the stuff to make butter chicken, which is one of the milder dishes. Made it last night for dinner & had weird dreams all night long.

@SW-User No it’s actually quite common when I get inflammation or pain in my body to have nightmares or strange dreams. I’ve heard a lot of psycho-babble about why people have nightmares. It’s physically-based for me.

@SW-User One time I had a horrible nightmare that my neighbor’s house was on fire. I woke up with acid coming up into the lower part of my throat.

@SW-User I had a nightmare about a snake wrapped around me squeezing the air out of my lungs and woke up with bronchitis.
