The UK has a brand called pukka tea, their nighttime blend is just divine, lavender, chamomile, lemon grass I think and something else.
Sends me in to a calm snooze. 😊👌🏾

I really want to try nettle tea too.

You might get an electric water kettle to plug in the wall, since they boil in 30 seconds and won’t burn down your house if you fall asleep if you are sick! They turn off after a minute! They are about $10-20 at Walmart they are much better than a tea kettle in my opinion and I have 3 kettles that I never use now!
