I saw a video on Twitter of someone making tiny hamburger patties & putting small slices of cheese on each side & then putting them on a round of bread dough & wrapping it up like a filled bun & baking them. I want to make a gluten-free variety. They looked like mini-cheeseburgers after they baked & were bitten into.
