all cheese is awesome but danish blue is the king 😎 but normally I have cheddar cuz ya know it’s the easiest

I enjoy cooking, so there are dishes I make where one type cheese may be preferable to another being used. I can't say I really have one favorite.

I haven't tried all types of cheese...but of all the ones I have, I have never met one I didn't like (though I do like some better than others).

Jarlsberg.. from Norway.. It has a nutty swiss cheese like flavor and it lactose free also.. I find it cheapest at SAMS Club..
