If veggies have no fat, why is veggie oil all fat?

Hint - OIL ??????????
DeWayfarer · 61-69, M
Takes a lot of vegetables to make oil. Everything has some oil. It all depends on how much oil any vegetable has before they will do it.
one bushel of corn yields approximately 1 1/2 pounds of oil
One bushel of corn = 70 pounds for oil purposes.

You going to eat 70 pounds of vegetables? How about even 1 lb?
