Is there an equivalent to a Sunday roast in the US? Excluding Thanksgiving/holidays? Is there a meal that would be a traditional American thing to have on a Sunday, or would it vary across the country?
@annamk Well that's a lot of Sundays and you are not going to be able to get by on just passing presentation grades for the entire year. I suggest you take this a little bit more seriously, my dear.
It tends to be an individual thing, but many families have Sunday dinner together, with roast or fried chicken. My family did when I was growing up, usually a few hours after returning from Sunday mass. It was the one day of the week everyone’s schedule fit. We still occasionally get together, but my middle sister and I will cook so Mom and Dad don’t feel they have to.
