Always fridge.

In the refrigerator unless it’s winter and a 5-dozen box, then I put them in the garage where it stays pretty cold.
I store all
my eggs out of the climate!

Fridge because I buy pasteurized eggs.

If I had chickens, I wouldn't chill fresh unpasteurized eggs.
zerofuks2give · 41-45, M
@Starcrossed yeah I know about bloom. We raised chickens for years but I didn’t know store eggs were pasteurized, I didn’t even know that was a thing lol

@zerofuks2give lol I learned all about it when I was pregnant several years ago and wanted raw cookie dough.

Does that make a difference if the eggs are pasteurized?@Starcrossed

I have hens & it's perfectly ok to keep them on the side for a whole month before transferring to the fridge. A word of advice though, don’t wash your eggs unless you intend to cook them immediately afterwards, as eggs are porous & you will introduce bacteria

In my underwear at body temperature 😜

Room temp, but I get my eggs from a friend and they're not pasteurized and have that handy natural coating still on them.

Fridge, only just found out that Europeans and farmers and other countries store theirs at room temp a couple years ago when my mom bought chickens to raise. She was raised with chickens so she already knew.
In the fridge, central shelf. I understood it helps them last longer.
