I own a small catering company and I produce a sort of nut roast with Quinoa, chestnuts, peanuts and beetroot. My own recipe - which is a trade secret lol ;-)

I'm not vegan, but I did purchase some really tasty vegan black bean chipotle burgers from ALDI.

@SW-User some of the processed branded foods can be really delicious, you don't have to be vegan, I'm an eggless vegetarian/lacto-vegetarian (so mostly vegan/ultimately pro-vegan) myself

@Nebula the all-natural super vegetable? Great b with cheese (eggless vegetarian/lacto-vegetarian) dressing, or in a stir or in a veggie patty, I personally don't enjoy it on its own
