Okay, crush the doritos in a ziploc baggie. Fry the bacon until crisp, and crumble it. Mix together the bacon and eggs, and place in a cast iron fry pan sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F. When firm, remove your frittata from the oven, top with crushed doritos, and bake for another 5 minutes just until doritos are crisped.
