Are you lactose intolerant?

Borderline ( I had blood tests at my local Gp) I am gluten free though because those tests came back positive so my Doctor told me [i]l[c=#004A59][b]just listen to your body...[/b][/c][/i]

I did and still do but I do enjoy chocolate milk especially after a workout but avoid gluten completely

Mildly. I can eat cheese and ice cream and drink milk up to a large extent, but there's a certain threshold where I cross into very smelly and uncomfortable territory.

Thankfully, it's rare that I'll experience those side effects

I was born that way, couldn’t drink milk for most of my childhood. But I can have some things, yogurt, cheese, lactose free milk, ice cream, without that being a problem now.
