@stound I think it varies. I just remember my first encounter with them when I was a kid. My mom was pulling them raw out of a red bucket. The entire house stunk. It was the worst thing I'd smelled in my life. I wasn't going go eat them. Ever. 🤢

@stound I have no more trust in any of them. They tested wild salmon off the coast of Washington state and they tested positive for cocaine, antidepressants and some other crap. And that's one tiny example. Have you seen the videos where the fish imported in from China are pumped with God knows what, to weigh more? No thanks.

@stound Mostly it’s pork liver, spices and rice. When I was a kid visiting some of my older relatives, some of them made boudin themselves.
