Like in boot camp never know if the D.I. is going to want to leave early or not . Push all the air out then inhale. Plus if you got just a little eat fast it will feel more filling. If you want to eat a lot eat slow. That's what I heard. I just scarf. And the old broom pilot would easy extra slow just to aggravate me.. on payday though I'd load up on margaritas while she picked up the pace.
