Potato bread is really good. My great grandmother made some famous potato rolls, that were light and fluffy but refused to write down the recipe, because she measured with her fingers, in pinches.
Try chicken to allow the taste of the bread to come through. I think I would chop the chicken and mix it with a little mayo and maybe a sweet pickle.

I’ve made potato bread and sliced it, buttered it and toasted it under the broiler. And also started adding lemon peel to the bread and a little bit of sugar, made a really good toast for breakfast.

@BlackBloodDemon I can make alternative breads but the ingredients usually cost a whole lot more. I made banana-almond flour cookies this morning. It’s just that wheat flour is cheap & it’s easy to work with...sucks.
