Why are people at resteraunts SO LOUD?!

People go to restaurants and then turn into loud, obnoxious morons. Telling LOUD stories about - "How these two big Alsatian dogs, oh how they wouldn't anyone pat them, but oh they let me pat them!!". At the top of their voices. If you go to a restaurant, sit down, order, shut the hell up, eat quickly and piss off.

well don’t dine with government officials. Chinese people are actually very welcoming towards tourists and outsiders. Japan? Not so much
