How the heck does a grilled cheese sandwich have high fructose corn syrup?

Most commercially made bread contains high fructose corn syrup.

Real cheese has lactose, this is fake cheese so they use the cheapest ingredient to substitute for milk sugar.

In the bread probably.

To satisfy your sweet tooth.

You have to be careful with the ingredients you put into something that's supposed to last long, so substitutes for flavours will often end up seem weird.

Possibly in the preservatives.
