Do you waste your food or finish your plate without wasting ?

@SW-User thats good to order but when i see the amount of food getting wasted for each meal it worries me a lot.

@trackboy ofcourse yes. am not fat though. its my gene ha ha. But we do have a recreational gym to exercise but even then if we eat this much food for each meal we are definitive to be fat in some days lol

@Lonelymanik awesome a lot of fat people at work. thats not really that much food. I eat more then that and have 7% body fat. 😺

@Jackaloftheazuresand here the food goes to garbage and then dumped outside.. i don't think other than the bacteria to feed it. its a desert.

But imagine can you eat always meat everyday for 2 meals.. i hate the menu but its all we got. i know you are in the diet so you gotta have it on cheat day

@Lilnonames we can't call it as home where we live and there's no proper preservation provided in my room. its a work place where you can have the food in a canteen or mess hall and leave the leftovers in the table where they collect it later and dump in the garbage
