I am back again to my vegetarian diet!

I tried to eat boiled egg white to increase my protien intake... But when i calculated my diet chart... I found my vegetarian diet is sufficient to full fill protien requirement of my body... So i am back! I don't like taste of boiled egg whites as well!

@hahaheheuhhaha if you take 250 ml milk + protein powder + oats +nuts, chickpeas etc

@hahaheheuhhaha i take double toned milk... Whose fat content is low...i can't extract lactose sugar from milk so i take it after workout when my body is calorie deficient!
Chick peas are very rich source of protein just like meat for vegetarian! My weight is 73 kg.. Which is fine with my height + i gained some more muscles recently!
