I was pure vegetarian!
Yes, from childhood i was vegetarian! I use eat vegetables and lentils and milk in diet.
I don't like smell of omelet... Nor i tasted meat in my life!
But from week ago i started adding 4 to 6 egg whites in my daily dinner time!
So that body will receive good amount of protein with balanced carbs and fat with workout!
Only i don't get proper sleep daily due to very busy schedule!
