Do you make 'cold weather' dishes when it's warm out?

My best dishes are cold weather dishes. I make a good beef stew, cottage pie (it can't be Shepherd's pie unless it's got lamb in it!), goulash, ham and split pea soup and steak and kidney (or mushroom) pie!

Sometimes, yeah. It depends on what I'm in the mood for.

I love soup year round, tomato soup is good in the summer.

Yes ! This past winter I tried my hand at making different kinds of chilis, including turkey, vegetarian, and white chicken chili with navy beans. I also made some bison chili for a friend who especially likes it.
