My body has an automatic appetite shutoff that stops me from desiring to eat more than about 900 mg of sodium in any sitting.

I get this feeling like I just want to stop eating, drink a lake, and sit outside for about 30 minutes and then go for a walk.

@wakanda4eva I'm not Sheldon, but I do read food labels. I've just noticed the pattern is that this is about the amount of sodium I hit when I feel like stopping.

@33person so you see the food label as 900mg of salt in it,ate the food, then realized oh I dont want anymore?

@wakanda4eva More like if I eat something and feel the urge to stop 3/4 of the way through, and then I check and find out the entire thing had 1200 mg of sodium. It's almost like my urge to stop eating is more an urge to stop tasting salt than it is to stop eating.

@33person ahhhh, well isnt that good? I guess lol, make sure to buy food with less salt so u dont waste it, or I guess u could just save it for later
