I love meat, but my favorites are rib eye & short ribs. I think the last time I had prime rib was in Vegas in October 2017. But that’s a little too pink for me. 😬

@UndeadPrivateer I know they usually taste best rare. But seeing too much pink puts me off a bit. 😅

Really though it's fine. :P End cuts on a roasted prime rib are perfect for that, the crusty edge is amazing and certainly well done. This is a sous vide prime rib, so it's rare all the way to the edge all around.
