Do you use oil even with non-stick frying pans?

Yes, don't own a non-stick frying pan, how else do I fry something? I wonder if the man below thought about his answer.

Sometimes. If I’m pan frying... sure.

Sometimes I want a little extra insurance that I’m not going to brown it too quickly. I might use a little oil or butter.

I usually grill stuff instead but some sausages can be fried gently and release their own oil

I use non-stick cooking spray...I have found that there is no such thing as a completely non-stick frying pan (or baking pan for that matter).

Onions just won’t fry without oil 😙. Lol. I use olive oil for everything,even baking 👍️

I no longer use Teflon, it puts out toxins
