@SW-User That sounds wonderful. I'm definitely making note of this one. I'm going to be doing quite a bit of cooking over the holidays, and this has holiday meal written all over it.

@SW-User Sometimes oxtail can be very fatty/choose leaner pieces and good luck. It comes out very sticky yummy falling off the bone. When you do your cooking and you stumble on an amazing recipe I hope you'll come back and share it with us.

@SW-User Yeah, one of my friends I used to have over often was a Hare Krishna, so had to definitely plan accordingly for that.

@UndeadPrivateer My daughter also happens to be vegetarian, so when she's home from college, I do a lot of stir fry, omelettes, and things where I can customize what goes into each individual serving.
