Kelp is delicious though. Although I'm wondering, are you referring to dried kelp or fresh kelp? Cos they're really different tasting.

@Ecarlate That sounds perfect right about now. I had a lovely soup this evening using leftover turkey, chicken bouillon, a spinach and kale mix of veggies, spiced with red thai curry paste and for added heat some red thai chilli paste added. MMM YUM
