What is your favourite dressing on a mixed leaf salad , looking fior interesting suggestions ?

I like to put zesty Italian dressing and bleu cheese dressing on it. I eat a lot of salad!

Hummus and balsamic dressing. There are all kinds of speciality dressings, though... I've tried a really good raspberry dressing, but I don't use them because they've typically got a lot of added sugar. You could look up a recipe, though.

I like peanut sauce on my veggies

olive oil/little bit of dijon mustard, white vinigar, tiny bit of sugar.
