Medium high heat on both sides untill it is browned and lightly charred out side and raw inside with whatever you want to flavor it with. Make sure pan is hot before you start.
(Onions, garlic and butter during the browning process)
The put in a crock pot, or pressure cooker with diced apples pepper and white wine and cook on medium.
DONT OVER COOK!

Actually stuffing it with pine nut and onion and sage stuffing and slow, binding well and slow roast

Cook it slow but thoroughly. You want it done but not too dry.
