@IAmJess it鈥檚 called a pi帽a loca (crazy pineapple)
The pineapple is hallowed out and chopped up along with cucumber and mango chunks, it鈥檚 then tossed together with chamoy, salsa Valentina and tajin (chamoy is spicy liquid candy, and tajin is a pepper lime salt for fruit) you serve it in the pineapple and top it with candy coated peanuts, tiny tamarind chunks and some people add other toppings but that鈥檚 it for us.
