What are your thoughts on veggie burgers?

I can't understand why vegetarians don't like meat products but want to eat replicas of them made with other food stuffs.

If I don't eat fish, I am not going to be happy with a dish of "salmon" made of lentils and kale....

Love some of them. There are some really good vegetable substitutes. Harmony Valley makes a great ground beef substitute. And black beans make a great filler.

@Fungirlmmm I'm actually vegan and chickpeas are quite helpful. Hummus is quite tasty and I even made my own at times as well. Ever had or made dark chocolate hummus before? It is impressive.

@MichaelJT Actually, there are a lot of things you can do while creating things like veggie burgers like black bean and chickpea burgers to even a vegetable couscous patty.
