What's your favorite type of burger and why?

My favorite burgers are the ones I make at home on the grill. I get my meat from a local farm that does everything organically. I like chopped onions and green peppers mixed in the patties. The cheese, toppings, and seasoning I use will vary. I also like to grill the buns for a little extra crunch.

I’m going to come out of left field here and probably trigger some people, but the Beyond Burger. It’s completely vegan, but chars up nicely and provide a decent chew to it you don’t get out of other alternate burgers. If only it wasn’t so expensive, I’d eat it all the time

Home-grilled by somebody who knows how. Well done (almost crunchy on the outside, pink inside. lettuce, mayo, onion, sauteed mushrooms. Preferably a potato roll or King's sweet Hawaiian.

Five Guys. I hadn't had a hamburger in [b]years[/b] when someone treated me and I was sold. They have the best fries, too.
