Chicken breast stuffed with garlic herb cream cheese wrapped in bacon or pancetta served with buttery new potatoes and steamed veg.

@Primnproper You just made me so hungry with that! I think I'm going to the grocery store tomorrow to pick up supplies to make it. Definitely something I can make. You might also want to try a different stuffing that I do and it comes out beautifully. Defrost some chopped spinach, drain it, then mix it in with some ricotta, mascarpone cheese, and Italian herbs.

@SW-User also sounds perfect.

@Primnproper mmmmm that does sounds so good, and there is bacon :D
Rump steak basted with butter, garlic and thyme with rosemary potatoes in a redwine and mushroom sauce.
Ramen in chicken broth with chilli and ginger and whatever you want.
Chicken roasted with lemon and roast potatoes in the same pan so the juice soaks down, put potatos in after seperatly so they go crispy and explode in the middle.
Thai red/green curry
beef or vegetable stirfry

Take out always works best for me.
Okay, I'll be serious. What do you have in the house? It's hard for someone to give you a suggestion when they don't know what you have on hand.

We're the meat and potatoes type in my family. Either a juicy rare steak or baked chicken with garlic mashed potates, homemade gravy, corn on the cob with tons of butter and then apple pie a la mode for dessert.

It's kinda hard to make, but just suggesting what I made today: vegetables (like tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and zucchinis) stuffed with rice.

I love the complexity of sweet and spicy Mexican food. 😉
Viper · M
@themindmistress Yes Mexican food is great! Getting that liquidy melted cheese that's still a bit stringy, add some spicy Mexican meat and you could almost put your lips to it and eat it straight outta of the bowl. 🍲
I might just get me some Mexican tomorrow 😄
