i have chicken wings in the freezer... can i put them in the oven wen frozen or should i defrost them in the microwave

You should know this. You can put them in the microwave 30 seconds at a time until they start to thaw, then you need to put them in a bag and put them in hot water, but don't let the water get into the bag.
Once thawed, you can put them in the oven.

It will, but it will be faster than putting it in the oven. 3 mins in the micro, 15 min in the hot water, break it up so it melts faster, 30 minutes it is in the oven.

Never cook anything that has any kind of frozen in it. Remove the frozen, and if you can bring it close to room temperature before cooking, even better, but the health inspectors would not like that, but it does cook better that way.
