I think I shall make some some tea.

Hot with a little cream and 1 sugar. Iced with lemon and 2 sugars

If it's jasmine tea then just as it comes from the pot. If it's what's known as British Builders Tea then add a small splash of milk.

About 1/4 of a teaspoon of sugar and a touch of milk. And please make sure it brews for no less than 5 minutes.

Iced tea- sweet
Hot tea- sweet, no cream.

Had rooibos tea this morning.

A very high calorie iced Chai

Sweet with ice and lemon.

In a cup.
