What's one of your tricks for cooking without making much of a mess to clean up afterwards?

Clean as you go

Start with a clean kitchen, do not clean over a mess. Get all the stuff you need out first. Clean as you go. When the meal is served, the kitchen should be all done but the final dishes. The art of relaxing after a good meal is dead😒 but I do it every night.Every cook deserves it.Clean while you cook. You're in there anyway.

Also do not be afraid to ask for help, especially if you are feeding others. Cooking/ dishes as a team is a dying art too.

Parchment paper!!! Just started cooking with that! Saves tons of cleanup! And here in Hawaii...all get togethers/parties are with paper plates!
